11. Read the following composition attentively and answer any five of the questions:

Hummingbirds are a very small and speedy species of birds. They can hover in the air by flapping their wings very rapidly. They are the only birds that can fly backwards. Like bees, hummingbirds drink nectar, a sweet liquid found inside flowers. Nectar is a poor nutrient, which supplies only carbohydrate. Therefore, hummingbirds prey on insects for protein, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. [NU 2013]
